Symptoms of Essential Tremors

Characterized by rhythmic shaking, Essential tremor is a neurological disorder that takes place in different parts and on different sides of the body. Despite that, it affects any part of your body, most often it occurs in the hands. Even the simple task of holding a glass can be impeded with this trembling.

Inspite of the fact that, this disorder is not a high-risk condition, over a period of time, it will worsen and can be ruthless in some people.   • As aforementioned, essential tremors have no association with other problems to that of health, whereas Parkinson disease do have.   • Quitting the habit of smoking
  • Control over smoking
  • Stress management
  • Caffeine control
  • Fatigue
  • Avoiding excessive alcohol consumption

In case if the symptoms still exists, alternative therapies like yoga, acupuncture, and tai-chi are suggested. When there is an out of control stage, medications and surgery come into play.
